By accessing or using www.omnitrace.co.za (the "Site") or any service provided by Omnitrace, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Omnitrace provides contact tracing, identity verification, bank account verification, credit-bureau reports (ITC/XDS), AML compliance support and forensic tracing services. Specific terms for each engagement are agreed in writing.

2. Eligibility & Lawful Use

You may only request services for lawful purposes and must hold a valid lawful basis (consent, legitimate interest, statutory authority) to obtain personal information about a data subject. You indemnify Omnitrace against unlawful instructions.

3. Accuracy & Sources

While we use licensed and reputable data sources, information is supplied "as is" and may change. Omnitrace makes no warranty of absolute accuracy or completeness.

4. Fees & Payment

Service fees are quoted per engagement. Invoices are payable within the terms set out in the relevant proposal or service order.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information exchanged in the course of an engagement, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and reports — is the property of Omnitrace or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnitrace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

8. Third-Party Links & Ads

The Site may contain links to third-party sites and may display advertising (including Google AdSense). Omnitrace is not responsible for third-party content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services at our discretion for breach of these Terms or unlawful conduct.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
